Peak Load Dispatch Modeling Considering Regulation Between NON-AGC Units and AGC Units

摘要 为加强非自动发电控制(NON-AGC)机组和BLO型AGC机组与BLR型AGC机组的协调,提高NON-AGC机组和BLO型AGC机组群体跟踪能力并利于BLR型AGC机组的解困,文中在常规在线调度时间级中细分出超短时在线调度时间级,并提出了两者协调的机制和策略:根据在线调度时间级内的最后一个超短时在线调度时段BLO型AGC机组调节容量情况和超短时在线调度时间级内BLR型AGC机组的调节容量情况,判断是否启动NON-AGC机组与AGC机组的协调、BLO型AGC机组与BLR型AGC机组的协调;在考虑高峰运行模式下爬峰、调频和网络安全问题的基础上建立NON-AGC、BLO型AGC和BLR型AGC这3类机组的协调模型。某实际系统算例分析结果表明了该协调机制和策略的可行性。 To improve the load following ability and enhance the coordination among NON-AGC units and base load off-regulated automatic generation control (BLO-AGC) units and base load regulated automatic generation control (BLR-AGC) units during peak load, the paper presents very short-term dispatch time scale and coordination strategy between online dispatch time scale and very short-term dispatch time scale. The BLO-AGC units regulation capacity is verified at the end of the very short-term dispatch time scale in a given current online dispatch time scale, and the BLR-AGC units regulation capacity is checked every very short-term dispatch time scale respectively. If BLO-AGC units regulation capacity is lack or BLR-AGC units regulation capacity is lack, then the coordination will be start up. Considering the problem of climbing peak load, frequency regulation and network security, the paper builds the coordination model between NON-AGC units and BLO-AGC units, and the coordination model is also built between BLO-AGC units and BLR-AGC units. Finally the feasibility of the new coordination model is proved by a practical system.
