摘要
交易系统是发电侧电力市场的重要组成部分。其功能是以尽可能低的成本购入足够的电量,以满足系统中负荷的需求。与此同时,系统的各种安全要求也应加以考虑。这个过程可以用一个综合优化问题进行描述,采用线性规划法来求解。文中提出了一种基于线性规划的两部式五阶段交易计划实用算法。该算法已应用于黑龙江省电力市场并取得了良好效果。
Transaction system is an important part of generation-side electricity market. Its function is to buy in enough electricity with as cheap as possible cost. At the same time, the security of the system should be considered. This process can be described as an integrated optimization problem and to solve it by linear programming is a proper option. In this paper a linear programming based practical trading mana-gement algorithm is put forward. It is applied in electricity market of Heilongjiang Province and satisfactory results are achieved.
