介绍了电力市场下考虑安全约束的发电计划生成方法及其处理过程 ,其核心技术问题是机组组合优化 ,需考虑负荷平衡、机组出力范围、旋转备用、爬坡速度、机组最小启停时间等约束以及网络传输能力的限制。
The generation scheduling program with security constraint is proposed, and its processes are also introduced. The unit commitment optimization is a key technique for generation scheduling in electricity markets, and is constrained by load balancing, generating capacity, spinning reserve, climbing rate, minimum acceleration time and transmission capacity etc. The software according to this strategy has been successfully implemented in Liaoning generation electricity market.
