摘要
采用丙烯醛浸泡固定,PAP免疫组化方法和图像分析仪,对生后0-30天大鼠端脑杏仁核生长抑素(Somatostatin SS)神经元的分布、形态和数目进行了观察。并对SS阳性反应的终纹纤维束(STss-f)进行了定量研究。结果表明大鼠杏仁核SS神经元数生后逐渐增多,21天达高峰。然后减少,至30天接近成年水平。STss-f内的纤维含量生后渐增多,至9天达高峰,以后减少,至30天亦接近成体水平。
Using PAP immunohistochemical method with acroline immesing fixation and image analysis, we studied distribution, size and numbers of somatostatin (SS)--neurons of the amygdaloid complex of postnatal rats (Postnatal day 1 to 30, P_(1-30)).A quantitative study was conducted of SS-containing fibers of the stria terminalis (STss-f) tract. The results showed that the number of SS-positive cells in the amygdaloid complex increased with the passing of postnata days and reached its peak at P_(21),the cells become maturated during the same period and comsequentely decreased steadly, until it eacbed the adult level by P_(30).The area of STss-f tract increased with passing of postnatal days, to its highest level up to P_9, and decreased the reafter approximatily to the adult level to P_(30).
