人胎儿前额叶皮质生长抑素免疫反应限性神经元的发育

摘要 本文用免疫细胞化学方法研究了人胎儿前额叶皮质生长抑素免疫反应阳性神经元的分布和发育。结果表明,生长抑素阳性神经元于16周开始出现于皮质下板;16~30周,皮质下板生长抑素阳性神经元的密度逐渐增高,但到30~38周其密度无明显差异。18周之前,皮质下板生长抑素神经元以双极细胞为主,染色淡,突起短;以后其形态逐渐转为以多极细胞为主,染色加深,突起变长。随着胳龄增大,生长抑素阳性神经元由深至浅依次出现于皮质各层内。本实验结果证实,人类前额叶皮质生长抑素阳性神经元的出现较以往的报道早6周。 Development and distribution of somatostatin- immunoreactive (SS-IR) neurons in the prefrontal cortex of human fetus were studied with immunocytochemical method. The earliest SS-IR neurons appear in the subplate at 16 weeks of gestation.The density of SS-IR neurons in the subplate zone increased gradually from 16 to 30 weeks, but few difference in the density was found between 30 weeks and 38 weeks. Most SS-IR neurons were bipolar, lightly stained with short processes before 18 weeks.Thereafter, the proportion of darkly stained multipolar neurons with long processes increased gradually. SS-IR neurons appeared gradually from deep to superficial layers with the increasing of gestation age. The present results showed that the appearance of SS-IR neurons in the prefrontal cortex of human fetus were 6 weeks earlier than that reported previously by other authors.
