下丘脑室周核内生长抑素神经元的衰老变化及牛膝抗衰老作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用免疫组织化学ABC法结合图象定量分析观察下丘脑室周核内生长抑素(SOM)神经元的衰老变化及牛膝的抗衰老作用。结果表明:室周核内SOM神经元的细胞数和灰度值呈增龄性降低;细胞面积在9月龄呈现增大,22月龄又趋向缩小.牛膝喂药组与同月龄大鼠相比,SOM神经元的细胞数减少及灰度值的减少均降低,细胞面积相对较大。本实验从形态学上报示牛膝具有延缓衰老之功效。 Combined the ABC immunohistochemical method with the image quantitative analysis, the aging changes of somatostatin-like neurons of the periventricular hypothalamic nucleus and the anti-aging effect of Raclix achyranthis bidentatae(RAB) were observed. The results were as follows : the number and the grey value of somatostatin-like(SOM) neurons were decreased obviously(P<0. 05) along with the increasing of age; the average area of SOM neurons were increased markedly(P<0. 05) in the rats of 9 months old, but decreased slightly(P>0. 05) in the rats of 22 months old. Compared with the control group of the same age (22 months), there were obvious increase in the number and the grey value of SOM neurons in groups fed with RAB, but with no obvious differenc in average area(P>0. 05).The result suggests that RAB does has the effect of anti-aging.
