摘要
利用CATIA进行活塞的实体建模 ,然后将其导入到Patran中。并利用Nastran对活塞进行静力分析 ,得出了活塞在机械负荷下的应力和变形情况 ,找出了其危险应力区域 ,为改进设计提供了理论依据。
CATIA was used in the piston’s solid modeling, then the model was imported into Patran, and the static analysis was made with the help of Nastran. The piston’s stress and deformation under mechanical load were achieved, and the dangerous stress region was also found out, which will provide a good theoretical basis for improving design.
