摘要
本文以算例的方式介绍了在柴油机先期设计阶段采用三维有限元法预算活塞工作温度和应力的基本思路及其成效。文中还就活塞顶面传热边界条件问题提出了一种简便而有效的预算模型,期望有助相关研究工作的进一步开展。
The basic way of thinking and its effectiveness of easimating the piston working temperature and stress by using three-dimensional finite element method at initial design stage have been introduced. A simple and effective model of estimaion for the heat transfer boundary condition at piston crownsurface has been put forth in order to help the further related research work.
