摘要
本文以 1 6V2 80 ZJA柴油机的钢顶球铁裙组合活塞为研究对象 ,建立其三维有限元弹性接触模型。在最大气体爆发压力工况下 ,对活塞在应用不同的接触间隙时呈现出的不同应力分布规律进行分析并与实验结果进行对比 ,以确定活塞受力的薄弱环节 。
With research on the two piece piston with the steel crown and cast iron skirt of 16V280ZJA diesel engine, the multi body contact finite element model with 3D element is made in the paper. The paper analyses the Von Mises stresses of the two piece piston applied to different contact clearances in the load case of the maximum gas force. By the comparison between the results of the calculation and the experiment results, the weak districts of the two piece piston are decided. And the modifications for the piston design are suggested.
