摘要 目的通过对HIV感染者和AIDS患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的表达和绝对计数检测,以研究患者的细胞免疫状况。方法利用白细胞分类计算和流式细胞分析法对11例HIV感染者和10例AIDS患者外周血淋巴细胞中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+CD38+、CD48RO+、CD45RA+、CD62L+的表达及绝对对数进行检测。结果AIDS患者组CD3+淋巴细胞数较正常对照组明显下降(P<0.05);HIV感染组与AIDS患者的CD4+T淋巴细胞数较正常对照组显著下降(P<0.01)。结论人体感染HIV后一些免疫因素如低的幼稚T细胞数、明显的T细胞化及细胞凋亡等参与了致病过程。 Objective: To investigate the cellular immune state of HIV-infected people and AIDS patients by testing the alteration of peripheral lymphocyte subsets counts. Methods: After white blood cell counts, expressions of CD3+?CD4+?CD8+CD38+?CD48RO+?CD45RA+?CD62L+ in lymphocytes were investigated in HIV-infected people and AIDS patients using immunofluorescence staining method. Results: The CD3+ count of AIDS patients was lower than that of healthy people (P<0.05). The HIV-infected people and AIDS patients had lower CD4+ and higher CD8+ and higher CD8+ than normal controls. CD4/CD8 was inverse significantly (P<0.01). CD8+CD38+ and CD45RO+ and in HIV-infected people and AIDS patients were markedly increased compared with normal controls, while CD45RA+ decreased (P<0.01). CD62L+ in AIDS patients reduced notably compared to that of healthy controls (P<0.01). Conclusions: Some immune factors such as lower naive T cell, excessive activation and apoptosis are involved in the immunopathogenesis of HIV.
