摘要
根据运动损伤病人的情况,就致伤病因进行了调查分析,其原因是训练量大、训练频繁,导致肌肉紧张收缩,骨膜撕裂毛细血管,淋巴破裂,液体渗出刺激末梢神经。对抗性运动项目在运动前准备活动不够,训练方法安排不合理,方法不当,技术动作不正确,运动员疲劳、反应迟钝,为常见损伤的致病因素。其预防措施:一是做好运动前的准备活动;二是科学地安排训练方法和训练量;三是做好运动健康教育;四是加强学生的素质锻炼,防止训练过于疲劳。
According to the condition of the patients with sports injuries,the authors investigated and analyzed the cause morbi. Big load of frequent training causes muscle nervous and contract,so periostitis tear up capillary,lymph is then broken and the liquid oozes out and stimulates nerve ending. Inadequate warm-ups before competition in combative events,unreasonable arrangement of training,insufficient methods,incorrect skill movements,athletes' fatigue and slow reflection are the common factors to cause injuries. The preventive countermeasures are as follows:doing (enough) warm-ups,scientifically arranging the training and training load,carrying on sports health education,strengthening students' physique training and preventing fatigue training.
