摘要
目的了解新乡医学院在校学生发生运动损伤的部位、时间、运动项目等。方法设2003级前20个班和2004级全体学牛为试验组,2003级后加班、2001级、2002级为对照组。试验组给予讲授有关运动医学、体育保健学、科学锻炼方法、自我保护意识等。统计比较两组学生发生运动损伤的部位、时间、运动项目等。结果试验组从2003年9月-2004年7月学生受伤率占总人数的8.375%,而对照组受伤人数占总人数的11.62%。2004级从2004年9月~2005年6月止,受伤率为7.687%。而2001、2002级受伤率为12.37%和12,06%。2004级的受伤率明显低于2001级和2002级(P〈0.05)。结论传授给学生运动医学知识,培养学生的自我保护意识。可以减运动损伤的发生。
Objective To find out the causes for sports injuries, such as position, time, item and so on, so as to we can keep the incidents of sports injuries within the minimal area with feasible methods. Methods We took the first 20 classes of grade 2 and grade 1 as experimental objects and carried on contrast experiment teaching between the first 20 classes and last 20 classes of grade 2, between grade 1 and grade 3,and 4 since 2003. Results The rate of being injured is 8. 375% in experimental classes, while 11.62% in other classes from September, 2003 to July, 2004;and the rate of being injured is 12. 37 96 and 12.06 96 in grade 4 and grade 3 respectively, which is much higher than grade 1. Conclusion It is requirement to teach the students with the knowledge on sports medicine, and cultivate the students' sense of self protection, which is impossible to avoid certain sport injuries.
