摘要 目的:调查青少年羽毛球运动员运动损伤情况,为预防损伤及科学训练提供理论依据。方法:采用调查访问、文献资料法在2004-05全国青年羽毛球锦标赛(沈阳)、2005-07第九届全国大学生羽毛球锦标赛(抚顺)期间,对参赛的辽宁、四川、湖北、福建等15支以及北京大学、中国地质大学、华东师范大学、广西大学等8所院校共120名运动员进行了运动损伤调查。运动员年龄在14~21岁,男63人、女57人。结果:共发放问卷125份,回收123份,完整有效问卷120份。①在120名运动员中发生运动损伤的人数为95名(79.2%),379例次。②羽毛球运动损伤种类有18种,其中关节及韧带损伤发生率为55%为第1位,其次是肌肉损伤和末端病分别占41.7%和30.8%,腰椎横突综合征及骨折为13%,骨膜炎为11.7%。③在损伤部位构成比中占首位的是踝部,为23.7%,其次是膝部20.6%和腰部12.0%,肩部9.2%。结论:青少年羽毛球运动员的运动损伤种类较多,以关节和韧带损伤为主;损伤部位主要是踝部、膝部、腰部和肩部,主要是由于其项目本身的复杂性及运动系统承担很大的负荷加上肌肉力量薄弱所致。科学地安排训练内容和方法能有效的预防运动损伤。 AIM: To investigate athletic injuring conditions of youth badminton athletes and supply theory foundations for injuring prevention and scientific training. METHODS: A total of 120 players (63 males, 57 females, aging from 14- 21 years'old) from 15 provincial representative teams including Liaoning, Sichuan, Hubei and Fujian etc. and 8 university teams including Pecking University, China Geology University, East China Normal University and Guangxi University, etc. were selected for performing the investigation on sports injury. RESULTS: Totally 125 questionnaires were sent out, and 123 were collected with 120 qualified questionnaires. ① Among the 120 athletes, 95 athletes had sports injury (79.2%), 379 trouble cases.② There were.18 kinds of badminton sports injury. Incidence rate of joint and ligament injury was 55% in the first place, followed by muscle injury and enthesiopathy, which made up 41.7% and 30.8%, respectively, transverse process of lumbar vertebra syndrome and fracture 13%, periostitis 11.7%. ③ Ankle part was in the first place in the constituent ratio of injured part 23.7%, followed by lap 20.6%, waist 12.0% and shoulder 9.2%. CONCLUSION:Athletic injuring of youth badminton players that has various kinds is mainly in joint and ligament injury. The injured spot is in ankle, lap, waist and shoulder chiefly because of its own complexity and great burden on physical system, and weak muscle strength. Arranging training contents and training way scientifically is able to prevent effectively athletic injuring.
