摘要
报道了进行苔藓植物细胞学研究的方法和 5种新疆产的苔藓配子体生长点细胞有丝分裂中期的染色体数 :(1)银藓Anomobryum filiforme(Dicks .)Husn .,n =10 ;(2 )细叶真角藓BryumcapillareL .exHedw .,n =10 ;(3)柔叶真藓BryumcellulareHook .,n =10 ;(4 )牛角藓Cratomeuronfilicinum(Hedw .)Spruc .n =10 ;(5)多褶青藓 Brachytheciumbuchananii(Hook .)Jaeg .n =10 .
The paper presents the study method and results of chromosomal observation of five species of Xinjiang bryophytes. Chromosome mumber of miotic metaphase of stem apex of five mosses are presented.These are Anomobryum filiforme (n=10),and Bryum capillare (n=10), Bryum cellulare (n=10), Cratoneuron filicinum (n=10)amd Brachythecium buchananii (n=10).
