Synthesis of 6-Chloro-2-hydroxyquinoxaline by Catalytic Hydrogenation with an Active Pt/C Catalyst

摘要 以对氯邻硝基乙酰乙酰苯胺为原料 ,在碱性条件下经环合及催化氢化合成 6 氯 2 羟基喹喔啉。采用自制的Pt/C催化剂 ,考察了反应条件对产品收率的影响 ,在 85℃ ,1 0~ 1 3MPa氢气压力下进行加氢还原反应 ,总收率 89 6 % (以对氯邻硝基乙酰乙酰苯胺转化为 6 氯 2 羟基喹喔啉 )。 Chloro-2-hydroxyquinoxaline was prepared from p-chloro-m-nitroacetoacetanilide through cyclization and catalytic hydrogenation in the presence of base. Laboratory synthesized Pt/C[ω(Pt)=5%] was used as the catalyst. Optimum conditions for the catalytic hydrogenation reaction were 85 to 90℃ and a hydrogen pressure of 1.0 to 1.3 MPa,providing a product yield of 89.6% (based on p-chloro-m-nitroacetoacetanilide).
