摘要
【目的】评价精喹禾灵·异嗯草松在烟田环境中的残留动态及环境安全性。【方法】2010--2011年进行了29%精喹禾灵·异晤草松乳油在烟田的残留试验。样品用乙腈提取,Florisil柱净化,HPLC—uvj挂行检测。【结果】精喹禾灵和异嗯草松在烟草中的半衰期分别为4.5—6.6、8.5—14.4d,在土壤中的半衰期分别为8.7—12.4、11.5—15.8d。成熟采烤后的烟叶样品中,高、低剂量处理区精喹禾灵和异嘿草松最终残留量均小于方法最低检出质量分数(0.05mg/kg)。【结论】29%精喹禾灵·异惩草松乳油按推荐剂量使用10:,对烟田安全。
[Aims] The degradation dynamics and environmental safety of quizalofop-ethyl and clomazone in tobacco ecosystem were evaluated. [Methods] The field trials on the degradation and final residue of quizalofop-ethyl · elomazone 29% EC were carried out in Shandong and Hunan province in 2010-2011. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with Florisil column, and established by HPLC with UV. [Results] The results showed that the half-lives of quizalofop-ethyl and clomazone were 4.5-6.6 and 8.5-14.4 d in tobacco, 8.7-12.4 and 11.5-15.8 d in soil, respectively. The final residues of quizalofop-ethyl and clomazone were both below the limit of quantification(0.05 mg/kg) in cured tobacco at high and low dose treatments. [Conclusions] It is safe to apply quizalofop-ethyl · clomazone 29% EC once to tobacco at the recommended dosage.
