摘要
报道了由２－硝基－４－氯苯胺和双烯酮缩合，再经环合、还原和氯化制得２，６－二氯喹喔啉，再与２－（４－羟基苯氧基）丙酸乙酯缩合成喹禾灵的合成方法，总收率５６９％，含量大于９５％。
2,6-Dichloroquinoxaline is prepared by condensation of 4-chloro-2-nitroaniline and diketene followed by reduction and chlorination.It is then condensed with ethyl 2-(4-hyd-roxyphenoxy)propanoate to give quizalofop-ethyl with an ov-erall yield of 56.9% and a purity of 95%.
