摘要 作者提出用有效充型能力概念来表示铝合金在干砂消失模铸造中的充型能力,给出了有效充型能力的数学表达式,综合分析了各种因素的影响。系统地研究了涂料性能对合金充型的影响,结果表明,涂料透气性和保温性均严重影响合金的有效充型能力,小范围内提高浇注温度不能补偿涂料性能不良的影响,只有当涂料同时具有优良透气性和较高保温性时,才能保证合金有较高的有效充型能力。 Abstract The authors suggested that fillability of aluminium alloy in lost-foam mould with unbonded sand can be represented using the concept of effective fillability, the mathematic model of effective fillability is given, all affecting variable are analysised and the effect of coating properties on aluminium alloy filling process is systemically studied. Experimental results showed that both permeability and thermal insulation of the coating markedly affect the effective fillability of aluminium alloy, namely the bad influence of the coating can not be compensated be increasing the pouring temperature in small range. Only when the coating has both good permeability and thermal insulation, the better effective fillability of aluminium alloy can be obtained
