石英粉消失模铸造镁合金涂料的研制

Development of Quartz Powder Coating for EPC(Expandable Pattern Casting)Magnesium Alloy Castings

摘要 采用石英粉与硅藻土作为消失模涂料的耐火骨料,钠基膨润土与CMC相搭配而成的悬浮剂,糊精与硅溶胶混合而成的复合粘结剂,水作为载液。确定耐火骨料的配比后,通过正交试验,选出涂料的最佳配方。经性能测试,并与进口消失模涂料对比,表明所得到的最佳配方涂料性能良好,成本低廉。 Quartz powder and diatomite powder were used as refractory aggregate of casting coating for EPC. Combined with CMC, sodium bentonite was chosen as suspending agent, and dextrin and sol sili- cate were mixed up to be taken as compound binder. After the ratio of refractory aggregate was deter- mined , the optimized coating formula was presented based on orthogonal testing. By performance tes- ting, the coating exhibits excellent performance with low cost.
