摘要
在试验参数取值范围内，讨论了五种因素对灰铸铁充填能力的影响。认为浇注温度、模样厚度对铁水流动能力影响较大，真空度、涂层厚度影响次之，而ＥＰＳ泡沫塑料密度影响较小。试验数据对用消失模法生产灰铸铁件有一定参考价值。
Abstract Within the range of selected test parameters,the effects of five factors on the filling capacity of molten gray cast iron have been discussed,pouring temperature and pattern thickness are considered to have a very important effect on the filling capacity of iron melt,vaccum degree and coating thickness is subordinate,the density of foamed plastics has little influence,the test parameters are valuable for the production of gray iron castings using EPC.
