摘要
针对干砂消失模铸造用涂料具有高透气性、高强度的特点，研制了一种涂料透气性、强度专用测量装置。其基本原理是测量具有一定压力的定量气体通过一定面积和厚度的涂料片所需时间，用此时间来衡量涂料透气性的好坏。用涂料片的抗压强度表示涂料强度的高低。该装置具有操作简便、快速准确、再现性好等特点。
According to the characteristics, which coatings used in EPC are of high permeability and strength, a special device used to measure the strength and permeability is worked out. The Principle of this device is to pass a certain volume of gas with certain pressure through a coating layer. The time the gas passed is used to stand for the permeability ofthe coating and the strength of the coating layer stand for the strength of the coating. The advantages of this device arethat it is easy in Operating, fast and accurate in measuring and good in repeatability.
