摘要
注射模冷却系统的优化设计对于塑件的质量和生产效率有着重要的影响 ,由于各种塑料的性能和成型工艺要求不同 ,对注射模温度的要求也不尽相同 ,阐述了注射模温度对塑件的影响、模具温度的确定、注射模冷却系统设计原则和优化分析的方法 。
The cooling systems of injection moulds greatly influence the product quality and producˉtion efficiency.As the property and moulding process of various plastics are different,the temˉperatures required for the injection moulds are also different.The influence of the mould temperˉature to the plastic products,the determination of the mould temperature,and the design principle and optimizing analysis method of the cooling systems of injection moulds are stated.Detailed analysis is made on a concrete product with MPI/Cool system.
