摘要
在塑料注塑成型过程中,冷却系统的方案设计对产品的成型质量、成型周期以及生产效率起到了关键性作用。在此基于CAE技术,对塑料弯管注塑件进行数值模拟成型分析,根据MPI分析结果指标,确定合理的冷却系统设计方案,最终获得良好的冷却效果,达到提高产品质量、缩短成形周期、提高生产率等目的,对注塑模具结构设计有一定的参考价值。
In plastic injection molding process, the design scheme for cooling system plays a crucial role in product's molding quality and cycle as well as production efficiency. Therefore, based on CAE technology, a numerically simulative molding analysis is conducted on the injection parts of plastic elbow pipe. Meanwhile, according to MPI's analysis result indicator, a reasonable cooling system design scheme is proposed to achieve a satisfactory cooling effect. Not only can the goals such as higher product quality and productivity and shorter molding cycle be attained, but also a valuable reference can be provided for the structural design of injection mold.
