摘要 冷却系统在精密注射过程中起着极其重要的作用,它直接影响塑件的质量和生产效率。采用MPI/Cool-Flow- Warp模块对电子接插件的几种冷却系统进行模拟分析,根据分析结果优选出冷却方案,最终获得良好的冷却效果。 The cooling system is crucial to precision injection process and influences the quality of injection parts and production efficiency directly. The module of MPI/Cool-Flow-Warp is employed to simulate and analyze several cooling systems of electronic plastic plug, and then the optimum one is chosen according to analytical results of simulation. Ultimately,the favorable cooling effects are obtained by use of this method.
