摘要
通过防尘罩实例简述了基于Pro／E下制品的三维设计、注射成型工艺分析、模具的分型面创建、模具的体积块抽取以及模具的开模仿真过程，并主要介绍了运用Moldflow进行模具流动模拟分析的过程，完成整个制件的设计流程．
An example of dustproof hood was given to introduce 3D design, injection process analysis, construction of parting surface, bulkextraction of mold and simulation of injection process ,which based on Pro/E. Mold analysis procedure was specifically provided. The process of simulation analysis thronugh using Moldflow was mainly introduced .The complete design process of the parts were completed.
