摘要
研究了玉米淀粉与苯乙烯的接枝共聚反应 ,以焦磷酸锰络阴离子为引发剂 ,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂 ,考察了引发剂浓度、反应时间及反应温度对接枝反应的影响 ,实验结果表明最高接枝率可达 130 % ,接枝效率可达 6 8%。接枝淀粉在a-淀粉酶溶液中酶解 2 8d ,表明其具有生物降解性能 ,失重率可达 36 1%。
A study on graft emulsion polymerization of styrene on cornstarch was carried out by using manganese pyrophosphate [Mn(H 2P 2O 7) 3]^(3-) as initiator and sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier. The influence of initiator concentration, monomer concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on grafting parameters of the grafted starch copolymer was investigated. The results indicated that the grafting level approached 130% and the grafting efficiency approached 68%. The grafted copolymer could be biodegraded by α-amylase within 28 days and the weight loss was 36.1%. This indicated that the grafted cornstarch had biodegradability.
