摘要
发现K_2S_2O_8(KPS)是丙烯酸乙酯与玉米淀粉接枝共聚的有效引发剂。当〔KPS〕在6.36×10^(-3)~8.17×10^(-3)mol/L、〔EA〕在0.45~1.0mol/L范围内、50℃、反应6h,接枝共聚物的接枝率及接枝效率均较高。在碱溶液中将接枝共聚物皂化,得到粘度较高、且相当稳定的溶液。
Potassium peroxydisulfate (KPS) is a quite effective initiator in graft copolymerization of ethyl acrylate and corn starch. The higher percent graft(G) and grafting effeciency(E) were obtained at [KPS] of 6.36×10^(-3)~8.17×10^(-3)mol/L, [EA]of 4.5×10^(-1)~1.0mol/L at 50℃ in 6h. The grafts were saponified with potassium hydroxide, poly (ethyl acrylate) branches were converted into poly(potassium acrylate), the solution of saponified grafts has stabilization viscosity.
