微波法合成淀粉-苯乙烯接枝共聚物的研究

摘要 通过微波加热,研究了以焦磷酸锰络阴离子为引发剂,以十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂的玉米淀粉与苯乙烯接枝共聚反应,探讨了引发剂浓度、单体用量、反应时间、微波功率对接枝共聚反应的影响。确定了淀粉-苯乙烯接枝共聚反应的最佳工艺条件:焦磷酸锰络阴离子[Mn(H2P2O7)3]^3-浓度为9×10^-3~10×10^-3mol/L,苯乙烯用量为15mL,微波功率为解冻档位,反应时间为14min(30s+30s),接枝百分率可达110%左右。 The graft copolymerization of styrene and corn starch was carried out by using manganese pyrophos- phate[ Mn( H2P2O7) 3 ] 3- as initiator and sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier under microwave heating. The effects of initiator concentration, monomer quantity, reaction time, and microwave power on the graft copolymerization were studied. The established conditions for the graft copolymerization of styrene and corn starch are manganic pyrophosphate concentration 9 ×10^-3 ~ 10 ×10^-3 mol/L, styrene dose 15 mL,microwave Defrost power, and reaction time 14 rain(30 s +30 s). The grafting degree can arrive at about 110% under the conditions.
