复合钻井用新型金刚石钻头研制及现场试验 被引量:10

摘要 针对复合钻井钻头转速高、井下动力钻具的输出扭矩受限制的特点,研制了一种尖圆混合布齿、低扭矩的新型金刚石钻头。现场试验证明,新型金刚石钻头扭矩小,寿命长,在相近条件下,比邻井常规金刚石钻头的机械钻速提高30.1%~36.2%,能更好地适应复合钻井的需要。 Because ordinary drilling bits are not suitable for high rotation speed and limited torque of mud motors in compound drilling, a new type of diamond bit with alternately arranged round and sharp cutting teeth was invented. The field experiments show that the new type of bit suits the compoun d drilling well with its small torque, long service life. Compared with ordinary diamond bits under the same conditions, the drilling rate can be improved by 30 .1% to 36.2%.
