中原油田动力钻具配合高效钻头钻井技术 被引量:2

Application of Downhole Motor Drilling with High-efficient Bit in the Zhongyuan Oilfield

摘要 中原油田是典型的断块油气田,随着油田进入开发后期,对井身质量的要求越来越高,而常规钻井技术不但不能满足井身质量的要求,而且严重制约了钻井速度的提高。为此,中原油田开展了动力钻具配合高效钻头钻井技术的研究。该技术推广应用后,机械钻速提高40%以上,单井建井周期平均缩短13.05d。着重介绍了动力钻具及高效钻头的优选、井眼轨迹控制技术及现场应用情况等。现场应用表明,该技术适用性强,应用前景广阔。 The Zhongyuan Oilfield is a typical fault-block oil & gas field. Requirements for wellbore qualities become much more sever. Conventional drilling techniques can not meet requirements for wellbore qualities, and restricts the ROP increase to a great extent. Therefore, the Zhongyuan Oilfield has being started the research on downhole motors drilling with high-efficient bit and application since 2001. With such techniques, the ROP has been increased over 40% , and 13. 05 days per well has been saved in well construction cycle. This paper introduces how to choose the downhole motors, high-efficient bit, optimized drilling parameters and the test results in field. Field applications show that this technique has strong applicability and wide using prospects.
