提高石油牙轮钻头转速的试验研究

摘要 本文介绍了提高牙轮钻头转速的试验研究。通过试验和实践证明。对牙轮钻头滑动轴承进行渗硼强化,并采用与之适应的润滑脂和密封圈以及合理的加工工艺,可使钻头转速由原来的60rad/min提高到120rad/min左右,大大提高了钻井效率,降低了钻井成本。 This paper introduces the experimental research on raising rotating speed of cone bit. The experimental results and practice have shown that by boronizing the journal bearing of cone bit and by using suitable solid lubricant and seal, and reasonable process technology, the rotating speed of cone bit can be raised from 60 to 120 revolutions per minute.
