摘要
聚晶金刚石复合片（ＰＤＣ）钻头的发展及应用，大大提高了钻井的机械钻速（ＲＯＰ），减少了钻井时间，降低了钻井成本。本文主要介绍ＰＤＣ钻头的发展与应用概况、几种新型的ＰＤＣ钻头与应用，以及ＰＤＣ钻头的偏转与解决办法。
Advances in polycrystalline diamond compact( PDC) bits have sharply increased rate of penetration( ROP),reduced drilling time and costs in oil and gas wells.This paper primarily introduces the general situation of the advances and applications on PDC bits,several new types of PDC bits and their applications, as well as the problems of PDC bit whirl and some methods to solve them.
