摘要
绞股兰(Gynostemma PentaphyllumMaki)又名七叶胆,为葫芦科绞股兰属植物。1970年代以来日本学者对其进行了大量的化学及药理研究,研究表明:绞股兰具有抑制肿瘤细胞繁殖,抗细胞衰老,增加细胞衰老,增加细胞传代次数,降低其氧化脂质。
The effect of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Extract (GP) on the Blood-Sugar levelwere investigated in experimental animals. The results showed that GP apparentlyimproved the glucose tolerance of the older rats (>14 months), improved the lowblood sugar level of the aging rats, and lowered fasting blood glucose level ofalloxon-induced diabetic mice, but GP had no influence on blood sugar of the normalmice. The results suggested that the effect of GP was benficial to the metabolism ofthe aging rats.
