摘要
应用RP -HPLC法测定阿莫西林、盐酸环丙沙星可溶性粉的含量。Shim -packCLC -ODS柱 (1 50mm× 6mm ,5μm ) ,以V(1 5mmol/L三乙胺溶液 ,用磷酸调pH至 3 .0 ) :V(乙腈 ) =850 :1 50为流动相 ,流速为 1 .0mL/min ;检测波长为 2 2 9nm ,柱温为 40℃。在此色谱条件下两者能完全分离 ,阿莫西林、盐酸环丙沙星在 2 0~ 1 0 0 μg/mL的范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数均为r =0 .9999。阿莫西林、盐酸环丙沙星的平均回收率分别为 99.9%、99.8% ;RSD分别为 0 .78%、0 .88%。方法可用于阿莫西林。
To establish a RP-HPLC method for determinati on of moxicillin and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride soluble powder. Shim-pack CLC-ODS column (150mm×6mm , 5μm ) was used. A mobile phase of acetiontrile: 15mmol/L triethylamine(pH was adjusted to 3.0 by phosphoric) =150:850 by volume , and flow rate was 1.2mL/min.Detection wavelength was 229nm,with temperature of column at 40℃. Under the adopted chromatographic condition, the moxicillin and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride could be completely separated. The standard curves for amoxicillin and ciprofloxacin were linear in the concentration range of 20~100μg/mL(r=0.9999,n= 5),respectively. The average recoveries of moxicillin and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride were 99.9%?99.8%, with RSD 0.78%?0.88%, respectively. The method can be quality control of moxicillin and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride souble powder.
