摘要
建立RP -HPLC(反相高效液相色谱法 )法分离检测大豆提取物中金雀异黄素含量的方法。色谱柱为HypersilBDSC18(2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相乙腈— 0 .0 0 3mol/L磷酸氢二钠 ,流速1.0ml/min ,柱温 35℃ ,检测波长 2 5 9nm。金雀异黄素的加样回收率为 99.6 7% ,精密度RSD(相对标准偏差 )为 0 .0 5 6 %。方法简便 ,准确、重复性好。
A method for the determination of genistein in soybean extract by PR-HPLC was established. The separating process was performed on Hypersil BDS C18 Colum (250mm×4.6mm,5μm),with a mobile phase of CH3CN-0.003mol/L Na 2HPO 4, flow rate of 1.0ml/min and detecting wavelength at 259nm. The recovery of genistein is 99.67%, RSD is 0.056%.
