摘要
目的 研究聚中性红薄膜修饰电极(PNRE)对盐酸环丙沙星(CPLX)的电催化作用,建立一种定量检测CPLX的电化学分析方法。方法 利用循环伏安法(CV)电聚合制备PNRE,在0.2mol/LNaN03+0.0Gmol/LCH3COOH-CH3COONa体系中,研究PNRE对盐酸环丙沙星氧化的电催化作用及其定量测定CPLX的最佳条件。结果在7.5×10^-7~7.5×10^-5mol/L范围内,催化氧化峰电流与CPLX的浓度呈良好的线性关系,γ=-0.9999,检测限达3.5×10^-8mol/L,平行测定的RSD小于2.4%(n=8),样品回收率为95.6~103.6%。结论 该法灵敏度高、准确可靠,用于CPLX眼药水及片剂样品的测定取得满意结果。
Objective To research the electrocatalytic action of poly (neutral red) film modifing electrode (PNRE) for determination of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (CPLX), an electroanalytic method of content determination CPLX was set up. Methods The PNRE was prepared by cyclic voltammetry polymerization, the optimal determination conditions of CPLX was studied with 0. 20mol/L NaNO3+0.06mol/L CH3COOH- CH3COONa solution system. Results The oxidation currents were linear for CPLX in the range of 7.5×10^-7 ~7.5×10^-5mol/L, γ=-0. 9999,the detection limit reached 3.5×10^-8mol/L. The RSD of parallel experiments was less than 2.4% and the recovery of sample is 95.6%-103. 6%. Conclusion This method is sensitive and precise, and could be used for the content determination of CPLX in eyedrop and troche samples.
