棉花胚珠的形态学特征与纤维细胞的分化 被引量:3

摘要 以陆地棉(G.hirsutum)品种鲁棉1号为材料研究了棉花开花前后胚珠的形态学特征和纤维细胞的分化。结果表明,倒生的棉花胚珠可以分为合点区、株柄顶区、腰区和珠孔区。开花前8小时首先在珠柄顶端分化出半球状纤维细胞,合点区和腰区继之,最后在珠孔区。合点中心要比合点区迟8~12小时。胚珠内维管组织的联络方式是珠柄—珠柄顶—合点区—腰区一珠孔区开花前后胚珠表面有大量气孔分布,以合点区最多。维管组织联络方式和气孔的分布特征可能影响了胚珠不同部位纤维细胞的分化。 The morphology of ovule and fiber cell differentiation of plandcotten(G.kirsutum L.)were studied with optical microscope and scaningelectronic microscope.The results showed that ovule surface might bedivded into the chalazal zone,crest zone,middle zone and the micropylezone.The hair initials first appeared on the crest of the ovule 8 hourspost-anthesis,then on the chalazal zone and the middle zone,latest onthe micropyle zone,which was similar to the connecting order of vasculartissue in different zones.A great number of stomata were found on theovule surfaace at anthesis,especially on the chalazal center.Theconnecting order of vascular tissue and the stomata distribution mightgreatly infulence the fiber differentiattion
