离体未受精棉胚珠的纤维分化

摘要 在培养条件下研究了未受精棉花胚珠的纤维分化,发现在离体条件下,开花前2d的胚珠与开花当天的胚珠纤维分化相似,而开花前4d胚珠纤维分化则相对滞后.100μmol.L-1的香豆素完全抑制纤维的分化,却促进胚珠的生长.在胚珠培养过程中,对开花当天的胚珠及培养液中过氧化物酶活性也进行了测定.并对以上结果与纤维分化的关系进行了讨论. We studied fiber differentiation of unfertilized cotton ovules in vitro. In culture,the fiber differentiation of cotton ovules taken two days before anthesis is the same as that of ovules taken in the day of anthesis,but the fiber differentiation of ovt1les taken four days before anthesis is lagged. 100 pmol·L- 1 coumarin completely inhibits the fiber differentiation. but promotes the growth of ovules. The peroxidase activities of cultured ovules taken one day before anthesis and culture media were also monitored. The significance of these findings in relation to cotton differentiation is discussed.
