摘要
以耐荫性强、弱不同的 4个甘蓝型油菜品种为试材 ,比较研究了不同品种甘蓝型油菜的光合生理特性。结果表明 :在遮荫 (1 4自然光下处理 2 0d)条件下 ,与不耐荫品种相比 ,耐荫品种的单株干重、比叶重、RuBP羧化酶活性、希尔反应活力、PSⅡ活性下降幅度较小 ,而叶绿素组分中叶绿素b所占比例较高。说明耐荫的甘蓝型油菜品种具有较强的利用弱光的能力 。
The photosynthesis characteristics of different kinds of cultivars of rape ( Brassica napus L ) were compared and studied by using four rape cultivars with different tolerance to low light intensity The results showed that the dry weight/plant, specific leaf weight, RuBPcase activity ,Hill reaction activity and PSⅡactivity of tolerant cultivars to low light intensity were decreased slightly compared with those susceptible cultivars to low light intensity under shading condition (1/4 na tural light for 20 d), and the chlorophyll b content in chlorophyll was higher after treatments of shading These demonstrated that the cultivars tolerant to low light intensity had greater capability of using light with low intensity So its specific leaf weight and dry weight/plant were more stable under low light intensity condition
