摘要
测定了 10个最新育成品种 (系 )不同生育时期的叶绿素含量、希尔反应活力及 RU BP(Ribulose,5 -Biphosphate)羧化酶活性。结果表明 ,(1)品种 (系 )间叶绿素含量存在较大差异 ;(2 )叶绿素 a,b随生育阶段进展而有所提高。叶绿素 b的提高可能与产量有直接关系 ;(3)随生育进程的推进 ,RU BP活性逐渐增强 ,品种之间的差异小于生育期的差异 ;鼓粒期 RU BP活性与产量呈显著正相关 ;(4 ) 10个品种间希尔反应活力具有较大差异 ,希尔反应活力与 RU BP活性及产量的相关系数分别为 0 .786 6和 0 .75 0 4 ,均达 5
Ten new varieties(or lines)of the present age were used to measure the content of chlorophyll,activity of Hill and RUBP(Ribulose 1,5-Biphosphate)in different growing stage in soybean.The results showed that:(1)there was significant difference among the contents of chlorophylls;(2)chlorophyll a and b were increase as growing stage development,the increase of the content of chlorophyll b may be had a direct relationship with yield;(3)as growing stage developed the RUBP activity increased,the difference among varieties is bigger than growing stage,there was a significant correlation between the RUBP activity and yield;(4)there was a lager difference in Hill activity among 10 varieties,the correlation coefficient is 0.788 6 between Hill activity and yield and the correlation coefficient is 0.750 4 between RUBP activity and yield,they are all significant at 0.05 level.
