摘要
本试验研究结果表明,随着叶片的生长发育,叶片的光合特性也呈不同程度的变化。在25日叶龄以前,叶面积、叶绿素含量、RuBP羧化酶活性和光合速率均随叶龄的增加而增加,但其峰值出现的时间有所不同。经过相关分析,叶绿素含量、RuBP羧化酶活性与光合速率呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.853和0.903。
The results have obtained from this test were summarized as follows: the photosynthetic characteristic have different changes with the leaf growth and development,before 25-days age of the leaf,the leaf area, content of chlorophyll,activity of RuBP carboxylase and photosynthetic rate were all increased with the increasing of leaf age,but the time when the peak appeared varied,the content of chlorophyll and activity of RuBP carboxylase were positive correlation significantly,the correlated coefficient were 0.835 and 0.903 respectively.
