摘要
按照学校体育法制建设的历史逻辑轨迹,将其划分为四个大的阶段,结合我国学校体育指导思想发展演变历程,分析和探讨了50多年来我国学校体育法制建设的演变与发展历程,得出了相应的结论,也发现了其存在的若干问题,提出了改进的意见。
According to the history logic track of school sports legal system construction, it was divided into four general stages associated with the development process and history experience of Chinese school sports guidance. The author analyzed and discussed the process and development of our school sports legal system construction in the last 50 years,discovered some problems in it,and also put forward some improvement opinions.
