摘要
目前把教育纳入法治轨道,依法治教,实现教育法制化的进程处于起步阶段,存在的问题很多。特别是学校体育教育中“无法可依、有法不依、执法不严、违法不究”的现象和问题较为严重。这种状况严重阻碍着学校体育的改革与发展,影响着学校体育教育的效果和学生体质与健康水平的提高。
It is still at the starting stage and exists a lot of problems at present to bring education within the track governed by law, to manage and teach in accordance with the law and to realize the process of educating by law. Especially in school education, the phenomenon and the problems are getting more serious in the aspects of ＂no laws to abide by,failure to observe the law,no strictness in enforcing the law,refraining from punishing law - breakers＂. Such status seriously hindered the reform and the development of school PE, influenced its results and the improvement of student fitness and health level.
