摘要
大众体育是全民参与的、以增强体质和提高身心健康水平为目的的群众性体育活动,在当前依法治因的大环境下,健全的法制是大众体育发展的保障,文章回顾了我国大众体育立法保障的历史,并在此基础上对我国大众体育法律法规体系分别从形式上与内容上进行了简要阐述。
Sports for all need the participation of the whole community,and the purpose of them is to improve the physi- cal and mental health level of crowd.In current environment of managing state affairs by law,a sound legal system is the guarantee of the development of sports for all.The article reviews the history of our country sports for all legislation safe- guard,and sports legislation safeguard the history,and carries on the brief elaboration formally in this foundation to our country populace sports laws and regulations system distinction with the content and the form.
