摘要
运用文献资料与对比分析法 ,对中日学校体育法制建设的概况、立法目的以及执法监督等方面综合比较分析 ,找出了两国学校体育法制建设的特点及各自的优势和不足 ,并据此提出加强学校体育法制建设等建议 。
This study use the literature data and analysis meth od to compare the construction of the legal system in school physical education be tween China and Japan.The analysis content include the general situation,the obj ective of the legislation,surveillance to enforce the law and soon.We summary th e character of the construction of the legal system in school physical education in the two countries and find the superiorities and deficiencies of each countr y via this study. On these grounds we suggest to strengthen to construct the leg al system in school physical education.This article should be used for reference for the legislation work in our school physical education in the future.
