PTEN突变与胶质瘤的侵袭性生长 被引量：2

摘要 PTEN作为新近发现的抑癌基因,不仅调控细胞的生长发育和凋亡,而且通过对PTEN-Integrin-FAK信号通路的调节从而抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭。研究发现,PTEN在恶性胶质瘤中的突变缺失率较高,本文就PTEN、Integrin和FAK的结构、功能及其在恶性胶质瘤侵袭性生长中的作用进行简要综述。
