人脑胶质瘤中增殖细胞核抗原、p53、p21 ras及EGFR蛋白的表达 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨人脑胶质瘤中多种基因蛋白的异常表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化技术检测102例手术切除人脑胶质瘤组织标本中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及p53,p21ras及EGFR蛋白的表达。胶质瘤组织PCNA标记指数(PCNALI)为556±155,p53,p21ras及EGFR蛋白的表达率分别为586%,523%,42%,均显著高于正常脑组织。PCNALI及EGFR蛋白表达与胶质瘤恶性程度相关(P<001),p53,p21ras及EGFR蛋白的表达与胶质瘤恶性程度无关(P>005)。胶质瘤中PCNALI与EGFR蛋白表达无明显相关(P>005),而与p53和p21ras表达相关(P<005)。结论:p53,p21ras和EGFR异常表达与胶质瘤的发生发展相关,PCNALI是评估增殖活性的良好指标。 To investigate the roles of expression of multiple genetic markers in the development and progress of human gliomas.Methods:The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), P53, P21ras and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) were detected in 102 surgically resected glioma specimens with immunohistochemical techniques.Results:The results showed that the marking index of PCNA L1 in glioma was 55.6±15.5 and the expression rates of P53, P21eas and EGFR proteins were 38.6%, 52.3% and 42.0%, respectively. PCNA L1 and the expression of EGFR were correlated with the degree of the malignancy of gliomas ( P <0.05). PCNA L1 was correlated with the expression of P53 and P21ras ( P <0.05).Conclusions:These founding suggest that the abnormal expression of P53, P21ras and EGFR were correlated with the development and progress of human glioma, and PCNA can reflect the malignancy degree of glioma to a certain extent.
