摘要
目的 对成人下颌下腺内NT 3进行定位研究。方法 对正常成人下颌下腺采用HE和免疫组织化学SABC染色方法。结果 成人下颌下腺导管上皮细胞呈NT 3免疫反应阳性 ,其中以纹状管最为明显。导管上皮细胞核和腺泡细胞则为阴性。结论 成人下颌下腺中有NT 3的表达 ,提示NT
Objective To studay the localization of nerve neurotrophic factor 3(NT 3)in adult submandibular gland.Methods Hematoxylin eosin and immunohistochemical staining were used in 3 adult submandibular gland.Results Epithelial cells on duct in adult submandibular gland showed NT 3 immunoreactivity,epithelial cells in striated duct were the most obvious.The nucleus and acinar cells were negative.Conclusion NT 3 is express in adult submandibular gland.It suggest that NT 3 is concern with the complication function of secretion in adult submandibular gland.
