摘要
脑源性神经营养因子是一种小分子二聚体蛋白质,在结构上与神经生长因子相关。对中枢神经系统的多种类型神经元的生长、发育、分化、维护和再生都具有重要作用,对于治疗运动神经元病变以及神经系统退行性疾病有显著疗效。本文对其细胞与分子生物学特征、生物学功能进行阐述。
Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)is a small dimeric protein,structurally related to nerve growth factor,which is abundantly and widely expressed in the adult mammalian brain.BDNF plays an important role in the growth,development,differentiation,maintenance and regeneration of various types of neurons in the central ner-vous system and has potential application to the treatment of brain injury and neurodegenerative diseases.In this pa-per,the molecular and cellular biology and potential clinical application of BDNF were reviewed.
