摘要
[目的]探讨NOS和BDNF在糖尿病大鼠下丘脑外侧区的表达及其意义。[方法]腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)50mg/kg制作糖尿病大鼠模型,于成模后1月末以NADPH-d酶组化法观察糖尿病大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LH)NOS阳性神经元的表达,以免疫组化法观察糖尿病大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LH)BDNF阳性神经元的表达。[结果]糖尿病组大鼠下丘脑外侧区NOS及BDNF的表达均较正常组下降,P<0.01,具有统计学意义。[结论]糖尿病大鼠下丘脑外侧区神经元呈退行性变化,这种变化跟糖尿病脑病的发生有着密切的相关。
[Objective] To discuss the expression and meaning of NOS and BDNF in the lateral zone of rats' hypothalamus with diabetes. [Method] Inject STZ 50mg/kg into the abdomen for rats model of diabetes, after 1 month, observe the positive neuron expression of LH NOS in rats' hypothalamus with diabetes with NADPH-d enzyme histo-chemical method, to the positive neuron expression of LH BDNF with NADPH-d immunohisto-chemical method. [Result] The expression of NOS and BDNF is both lowered compared with normal group, P〈0.01, with statistical meaning. [Conclusion] The neuron in rats' lateral hypothalamus with diabetes is degenerating, this change is closely related with brain disease of diabetes.
